The following situations are not eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds:
• Natural wilting occurring more than 24 hours after delivery

• Delivery delays caused by recipient unavailability or incorrect address provided by customer
• Subjective preferences regarding color, size, or style after accepting delivery
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities to specific flowers
• Change of mind or order cancellation after arrangement completion
When a valid quality concern is confirmed, Modernpro offers the following resolution options:
We will create and deliver a new arrangement of equal or greater value at no additional charge. Replacement delivery typically occurs within 24-48 hours, subject to availability and delivery schedules in the Orlando area.
A complete refund of the purchase price, including delivery charges, processed to your original payment method. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days of approval.
A credit applied to your account for future purchases, valid for 12 months from the issue date. Store credits have no expiration restrictions and can be combined with other offers.
Due to seasonal availability and supply variations, we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater quality and value while maintaining the overall design aesthetic and color palette. Significant substitutions that alter the character of the arrangement will be communicated to you prior to creation when possible. If you are dissatisfied with necessary substitutions, please refer to our quality concern procedures outlined above.
Custom wedding and event orders require special consideration due to their complexity and timing. Specific return and refund terms for these services are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, wedding and event orders require earlier notification of concerns and follow modified resolution procedures to accommodate event timelines and logistical requirements.
If a recipient refuses delivery or is unavailable to accept the arrangement after multiple delivery attempts, the order will be considered complete and is not eligible for refund. We will make reasonable efforts to contact both sender and recipient to arrange successful delivery. Additional delivery attempt fees may apply for redelivery requests.
To maintain your arrangement's quality and maximize longevity, please follow the care instructions provided with your delivery. Proper care includes:
• Placing flowers in a cool location away from direct sunlight and heat sources
• Changing water every two days
• Trimming stems at a 45-degree angle every few days
• Removing wilted blooms and foliage promptly
• Keeping arrangements away from ripening fruit
Failure to follow basic care instructions may affect eligibility for quality concern resolution.
Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations requested after this timeframe or after the arrangement has been completed are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to cover labor and materials. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins.
